The Ballyhoura Artisan Food Park is home to our very own Vinegary, where our award-winning Apple Cider Vinegar is produced. Experience a unique tour of the Vinegar Vault, where 100% pure undiluted apple cider is transformed into this very special product. Find out about how vinegar has been used over the centuries, from food to beauty and wellness and at key points in history.
Discover some 14th century vinegar making methods we still use today in our state of the art facility which marries tradition with technology.

What is the best way to get to the Ballyhoura Artisan Food Park?
The Artisan Food Park is just a one-minute drive from Kilfinane Main Street, on Captain’s Lane. Kilfinane is easily accessible from all major airports and via the national road network. Limerick city is only 30 minutes way and buses run during the day to Kilfinane from the city centre.
